!!Make sure that the driver for the device you are connecting is up to date.
-We recommend that you download the drivers from the product's own site.Drivers installed by Windows can sometimes be problematic.
If the problem is not solved, try the following method:
1) Right-click on my computer and click Manage
2) Select Device Manager from the left side
3) Open the Human Interface Devices tab
4) Disable HID-compatible game controller.
